INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by New Level Designs, an IT consulting company. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

We provide IT consulting, support, website design and other services as agreed upon in a written contract or proposal or verbal agreement. The scope of services will be outlined in the agreement with the client. If you choose to opt out of verbal agreements and consent only to written agreements you must notify us via email, mailed letter or text message.

PAYMENT & FEES

Payments and sums are agreed, for on-call servies such as IT support the bill reflects an hourly rate and amount depends on how much time was spent. Websites and security camera installation and similar services are charged a flat fee that is determined prior to project start.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties. When assisting with orders we may share your information for purposes of ordering the materials or products needed for your business, if you prefer to always place the orders yourself you may let us know this preference.

LIABILITY

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. Any outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before termination.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or mail. Please send us updated contact information if it changes to stay up to date.
